About the Role:

The successful candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a combination of qualities including:

• Roofing experience (required)
• CSCS Card (required)
• SSSTS Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (preferred)
• Full, clean driving license
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Friendly and professional manner, with good presentational, organisational and people management skills
• Competence in using computer software, specifically Microsoft Office
• Have strong attention to detail

Key Requirements:

The key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of being a pitched roofing supervisor, include:

• Experience working as a roofing supervisor
• Carry out roof inspections
• Supervise all roofing related activities
• Level 3 NVQ (must have valid CSCS cards)
• Must have roofing experience and have excellent communication skills
• Based commutable distance to Washington, Tyne & Wear
• Full UK Driving License and willing to travel to projects as required
