Project Overview

Longhoughton Primary School in Northumberland, which first opened in 1961, required an updated roofing system to improve protection and modernise the building.

John Flowers Flat & Industrial Roofing Ltd worked in partnership with Northumberland County Council to deliver a durable and reliable roofing solution for the school.

The Solution

Our team installed a SIKA Liquid Plastic Decothane system, creating a fully waterproof membrane designed for long term performance.

Alongside the roofing works, Marley Cedral cladding was installed to enhance both durability and the overall appearance of the building.

The Result

The completed system provides a long lasting waterproof roof while significantly improving the aesthetic of the school building, ensuring it remains protected for years to come.
