Project Overview
Melbourne Court, which first opened on 20 January 1914, served the city for 81 years and remains a prominent high rise building in Gateshead.
Ingleford Scaffolding Ltd worked with Gateshead Council to provide scaffolding access to support roofing works on the building.
The Solution
An independent fourteen lift scaffold was designed and installed to provide safe access across the height of the structure. The scaffold allowed our sister company, John Flowers Ltd, to carry out roofing works safely and efficiently on the high rise building.
The Result
The scaffold system provided secure access for the roofing works while supporting safe working practices across the project.
