Project Overview
John Flowers Roofing Ltd was appointed by Carter Lauren Construction to deliver the roofing works for the new build Miller & Carter restaurant. The project involved installing both pitched and flat roofing systems as part of the restaurant’s development.
The Solution
Our team installed Marley plain tiles to the pitched roof areas, alongside natural slate to enhance the building’s durability and visual finish. Manthorpe dry fix products were also used to provide reliable and long lasting weatherproofing across the roof.
During the project, unsuitable design drawings were identified. Working closely with the client and design consultants, our team proposed practical adjustments to ensure the roofing system met both the technical requirements and the design intent.
The Result
The completed roofing installation delivered a durable and high quality finish that complemented the architectural design of the restaurant. Through close collaboration and careful planning, the project was successfully delivered within the three month programme.
