John Flowers Roofing Ltd is delivering a re roofing project at Boldon Business Park on behalf of South Tyneside Council. The £467,000 project involves the refurbishment of seven large office units to improve long term durability and weather protection.
The Solution
Our team is carrying out a full re roofing programme using the Marley roofing system, including Edgemeer tiles, breather membranes and dry fix components. The works are being delivered in phases to minimise disruption to tenants while the offices remain operational.
