Project Overview
Flowing Energy Solutions delivered 504 SDHF projects on behalf of Novus Property Solutions over 18 months. A full turnkey solution was provided, which included full project management, customer liaison, appointment booking and handover documentation.
Measures Installed
The projects involved scaffold, solar PV, loft insulation, ventilation, smoke and heat detection, heating controls, pest control, environmental cleans and asbestos removal & encapsulation.
The Result
The project saw 3024 solar panels installed making a total of 1.3 mega watts across the scheme. Over 700 DMEVs and 600 smoke and heat detectors bringing the properties up to the current regulations and customer saving an average of £300 per year on their energy bills. In 2025 there was 1 mega watt of energy produced by the solar PV systems.
