Project Overview
Flowing Energy Solutions delivered 568 SDHF projects on behalf of Bell Group over 14 months. A full turnkey solution was provided, which included full project management, customer liaison, appointment booking and handover documentation.
Measures Installed
The projects involved scaffold, solar PV, loft insulation, ventilation, smoke detection, heating controls, new loft hatches, pest control, environmental cleans and asbestos removal.
The Result
The project saw 3408 solar panels installed, making a total of 1.5 megawatts across the scheme. Over 800 DMEVs and 568 smoke detectors bring the properties up to the current regulations, and customers save an average of £300 per year on their energy bills. In 2025, there were 1.2 megawatts of energy produced by the solar PV systems.
