Bellway’s new headquarters at Newcastle Airport Business Park was designed as a modern, energy efficient office building featuring conference rooms, training facilities and large office spaces.
John Flowers Flat and Industrial Roofing Ltd worked with Bowmer and Kirkland to deliver the roofing and roofline elements for the development.
The Solution
Our team installed a Sarnafil flat roofing system alongside an Easi Grass green roof, in line with the building’s sustainable design. The project also included the installation of aluminium fascias and cladding to complete the external finish.

The completed roofing system supports the building’s energy efficient design while delivering a durable and high quality finish for Bellway’s new headquarters.
