Project Overview

John Flowers Ltd is delivering roofing works for 138 new homes at the Hawksley Rise development in Ryhope, Sunderland, on behalf of Story Homes.

The Solution

Our team is installing concrete roof tiling using both Redland Mini Stonewold and Double Roman tiles. These materials were selected to provide a durable, weather resistant finish that complements the development’s modern design.

The Result

The completed roofing systems will provide long lasting protection for the homes while improving energy efficiency and enhancing the overall appearance of the development.
