Project Overview
John Flowers Ltd is delivering a large scale pitched roofing programme in Hemlington, covering 49 properties including bungalows, terraces, flats and a community centre.
The Solution
The 26 week programme includes pitched roofing, canopy roofing, pointing and rainwater goods replacement, supported by scaffold access throughout the project. Sandtoft double pantiles are being used across the development to provide a durable and high quality roofing finish.
The Result
With a dedicated Site Manager and Tenant Liaison Officer managing communication with residents, the project is progressing smoothly while minimising disruption and improving the durability and appearance of the local housing.
