Project Overview
Flowing Construction Services Ltd completed a full asbestos removal project at Lindisfarne School in Alnwick, preparing the site for demolition works.
The Solution
Working with Groundworks Services Durham Ltd, our team removed a range of notifiable asbestos materials including AIB soffits, cement soffits, pipe insulation and approximately 1,000m² of vinyl floor tiles. Access challenges across the site were managed using MEWPs, scaffolding and tower systems to ensure safe and effective removal.
The Result
Over the 11 week programme, all notifiable areas successfully achieved four stage clearance standards in collaboration with Vega for analytics. The project was delivered on schedule and passed both HSE and client audits, demonstrating our commitment to safe and compliant asbestos removal.
