Project Overview
The Lakes Primary School, which opened in 1963, required improvements to its existing guttering system to ensure long term protection for the building.
Working alongside Sanderson Weatherall, John Flowers Flat and Industrial Roofing Ltd was appointed to replace the ageing system with a more durable solution.
The Solution
Our team installed an Alumasc Caltech Liquid Gutter System, covering approximately 1600 linear metres across the school. The system was selected for its flexibility and durability, providing a seamless solution designed to prevent leaks and improve performance.
The Result
The new guttering system provides reliable, long lasting protection for up to 25 years, helping to safeguard the building while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance.
